It has been my absolute pleasure during this really difficult time to be able to create some beautiful cakes to thank the wonderful staff at our local Stoke Mandeville hosptial in Buckinghamshire. My friend Betty is an A & E nurse and was able to take my creations into the hospital for all of the staff to enjoy. The ingredients I had ordered in were for wedding cakes that now have all been postponed but I decided to make the cakes and send them to the hospital to all the staff for all the amazing work. The NHS graphics were created by Vibrant Eye. Thank you to the staff at Stoke Mandeville for all that they are doing right now and going forward and thank you for the photographs.
